3 charged after man shot in the head in Davidson County, deputies say
Three people have been charged in connection with a shooting, according to deputies with the Davidson County Sheriff's Office.
On March 6, deputies said they responded to the area of Snider Kines Road in Linwood for a shooting investigation. A man was found who had been shot in the head.
Officials said the man was later released from the hospital after treatment. Detectives began investigating.
On March 6, Donna James was arrested and charged with one count of felonious assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and inflict serious injury. Later into the investigation, James was also charged with felony obstruction of justice and felony notarizing a fraudulent bill of sale.
Officials said Jordan Thompson was arrested on March 10 and charged with felony obstruction of justice and felony accessory after the fact. On March 25, Joshua Sizemore was also arrested in connection and was charged with felonious assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and inflict serious injury.
