After a trial in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, the jury found Charles Edward Kelly, Jr., appellant, guilty of first-degree premeditated murder, prohibited possession of a firearm, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, use of a firearm in the commission of a crime of violence, and openly carrying a handgun with the intent to cause death or serious bodily injury.
