VISALIA, Calif. (FOX26) — Two men were arrested in Visalia Thursday, following an illegal marijuana sales bust at a smoke shop.

Thursday afternoon around 5:40 p.m., the Visalia Police Department’s Narcotics Unit and Special Enforcement Unit served a search warrant at the Mooney Smoke Shop on Mooney Boulevard and Tulare Avenue.

During a search, detectives discovered illegal marijuana and THC product sales.

Both 19-year-old Muhammad Taha and 21-year-old Jamil Taha were found and arrested on suspicion of marijuana sales.

Visalia City Code Enforcement officers also responded to the scene and issued a cease-and-desist order, shutting down the business.
