This replaces the announcement made at 3:29 pm CET on March 10, 2016 due to the following correction: The ex-dividend date is March 22, 2016 (instead of March 23, 2016).

The Board of Directors of Philip Morris International Inc. (NYSE / Euronext Paris: PM) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $1.02 per common share, payable on April 11, 2016, to shareholders of record as of March 25, 2016.
