H.R. 3246, Sanction Russian Nuclear Safety Violators Act of 2024
H.R. 3246 would require the Administration to impose sanctions on foreign individuals who threaten the security and integrity of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in Ukraine. The bill would also require the Administration to impose sanctions on foreign individuals who serve on the managing or supervisory boards of Rosatom, a Russian state-owned nuclear energy company.
